THE EVENT
The Skyline Chili Crosstown Showdown presented by Meijer and Dr Pepper is the nation's biggest high school football event. In 2005 the Showdown will be celebrating its eighth year, and will again serve as the official kickoff of the Ohio prep gridiron season. This year the event spans three days, features eight action-packed games and showcases sixteen of Southwest Ohio's most prominent high school football programs.

THE LOCATION(S)
Three exciting days of prep football - three outstanding local football facilities! Princeton High School's Viking Stadium, Miami University's Yager Stadium and the University of Cincinnati's Nippert Stadium will all play host to one event day each. Thursday's Showdown kickoff will be at Viking Stadium, Friday's Showdown bonus day will be under the lights at Yager Stadium and Saturday's Showdown extravaganza will be at Nippert Stadium.

THE MATCHUPS
This year's event features some of the most exciting matchups ever to take place in the Showdown. DSA Prep Sports officially unveiled this impressive lineup at a special media announcement on Wednesday, March 2nd. We are proud to announce the following schools will participate in this year's extravaganza!

SATURDAY, AUGUST 27
UNIVERSITY OF CINCINNATI'S NIPPERT STADIUM
La Salle vs. Sycamore, 11:00 a.m.

Colerain vs. St. Xavier, 4:30 p.m.
Elder vs. Huber Heights Wayne, 7:15 p.m.

TICKETS

Tickets for all three days of the Skyline Chili Crosstown Showdown presented by Meijer/Dr Pepper will be available at any of the participating schools beginning May 1. They can be purchase online now through this website. Tickets purchased online will be mailed beginning August 1. Advance tickets for Thursday and Friday are $8 for both adults and students and $10 at the gate. Advance tickets for Saturday are $10 for both adults and students and are $12 at the gate. A separate ticket will be required for each day of the event.
